As a Food and Beverage Supervisor within the Food and Beverage Department, you are expected to fully uphold Company Standards, providing excellent service to our guests whilst being:
Responsible to: Outlet Manager, Food and Beverage Executive
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing of shifts
- Coordinate team members and assure that guest requests are fully met and exceeded
- Communicate and delegate tasks to team members
- Organising briefings and de-briefings to team members
- Ensure compliance of hotels standards
- Manage guests queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Represent needs of the team including training, development, and performance
- High level of customer service
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with team members and guests
- Flexible to respond to a range of varying work situations
- Confident in the use of POS systems
- Any additional ad-hoc duties requested by your superior
