As an Operations Administrator, you are expected to fully uphold Company Standards, providing excellent service to our guests whilst being:
Responsible to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare checklists, SOPs, job profiled for the different departments as required
- Follow up on monthly Food & Beverage sheets and file accordingly
- Assist in gathering quotations for different items/ services as instructed
- Inputting data records for outlet sales, consumptions and stock takes
- Assist in counting of stock take levels within the Food & Beverage outlets when needed
- Prepare menus, food labels and signage according to issued Function Orders
- Process stock orders and communicate with suppliers when needed
- Assist in the operation by supporting different departments as required
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with team members, guests and suppliers
- Flexible to respond to a range of varying work situations
- Confident in the use of emails, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other digital systems
- Any additional ad-hoc duties requested by your superior
