As a BA Tourism graduate, I worked in various five star properties. I am now delighted to take up the position of Front Office Manager at Urban Valley Resort and Spa, where I will ensure that all employees are properly trained, knowledgeable and provide exceptional guest service. I look forward to working with a great team who share the same visions thus ensuring a positive experience.

As a child my mother started sharing her secret recipes with me and it was then, I realized I has a passion for food and cooking.
I started cooking professionally at the age of sixteen, when I commenced my education at the Institute Of Tourism Studies in Malta. Since then I worked in various five-star hotels and top restaurants locally and in the United Kingdom.
I am now pleased to take up the position of Executive Chef at Urban Valley Resort and Spa and look forward to work with my impassioned team to host you and give you one of the best culinary experiences.

I started my journey in hospitality ten years ago as a receptionist cashier. After working in several departments in various positions at different hotels, I finally join the Urban Valley Resort and Spa family. With a highly motivated and dedicated team we will deliver a truly amazing service, while we aspire to provide the most memorable ‘home away from home’ experiences. As the Housekeeper I am passionate about cleanliness, and believe that the small details make biggest difference.

I started my career in 1982, working in hotels and with DMC’s, gaining a ‘can do’ attitude combined with adaptability thanks to many years of experience in Hospitality and Event Management. I have always been creative and fascinated by the idea of exceeding clients’ expectations by going the extra mile. I am a big fan of innovative ideas and definitely there is no room for being boring.
Having studied Tourism in Paris, worked with different nationalities and cultures, I consider myself to be enriched as a person able to relate well to different nationalities, personalities and perspectives. I am fluent in Maltese, English, French and Italian.

Having over 25 years of combined military and private security management experience, I am pleased to join Urban Valley Resort & Spa and continue enhancing my career within the hospitality industry. We guarantee a high standard of security service throughout the resort to ensure a safe environment within the property.
In my free time, I enjoy keeping myself fit, travelling and mentoring my three kids.

Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. I bring years of food and beverage experience and knowledge, background from independently owned restaurants to large 4&5 stars hotels around Europe. I have worked in virtually every aspect of the food and beverage industry, rising through the ranks over the past 16 years from waiter to team leader and from supervisor to restaurant/ bar manager to my current position. I’m looking forward to new responsibilities and challenges within the Urban Valley Team.
