All of our buffets offer a tantalizing array of starters, soul-warming soups, a wide selection of mains, and irresistible desserts.  

On Monday you can indulge your taste buds with the exotic flavors of Asia at our buffet restaurant. Our Asian section offers a variety of dishes, including thai pork curry, egg fried rice, aromatic crispy duck, and more. 

Savory dishes like slow cooked couscous, lamb koftas, hummus, and falafel are sure to tantalize your taste buds and transport you to the heart of the Middle Eastern region during our buffet on Tuesday. 

The Maltese section at our Wednesday buffet is a must-try! Indulge in traditional dishes such as rabbit stew with root vegetables, traditional ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce, and fish soup. Savor the authentic flavors of Malta and experience our rich culinary heritage.  

Watch our chef cook up delicious, made-to-order pasta dishes at our live cooking pasta station on Thursday. Choose from a variety of sauces, meats, and vegetables to create a plate of mouth-watering pasta that’s sure to satisfy your cravings. 

The Italian section at our Friday buffet offers a wide selection of classic Italian dishes, from roasted porchetta, served with its own jus to pasta dishes with a variety of sauces. Don’t miss the chance to savor the authentic flavors of Italy at our restaurant. 

Indulge in a rich and vibrant array of aromatic Indian flavors at our Saturday buffet. From savory beef korma to delicious pork vindaloo, our Indian section features a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to please every palate. 

During the Sunday buffet, you can explore our pasta station, including our delectable pasta tossed in chicken liver, pine nuts, bacon, and cream. Freshly cut roasted beef with mushrooms can be found at our carving station.
